Return
According to the Distance Sales Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item.
In addition to this, we offer an extended return right of a total of 30 days from receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@larssonbrothers.com. Please describe in your email the reasons for your request for a refund. Follow the instructions below:
Pack your goods in the original packaging in the same way as they arrived and seal well.
Go to Postnord’s website or use the Postnord app and purchase the service “Skicka Hem” (“Send Home”).
Fill in the following address as the recipient address:

Then leave the package at the nearest Postnord agent.
In case of cancellation according to the Distance Sales Act, the customer pays for the return shipping, which we inform about in our terms of purchase.
Damaged product & warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products.
The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects on the bracelet or its components.

Material defects that affect the function or durability of the product.

Weakening or breakage of thread due to manufacturing issues.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by accidents, incorrect use, exposure to liquid, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
Complaint
If your product is damaged or defective, you are of course entitled to a refund. It's important that you contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective product. To receive a refund, you need to send us an email explaining the defect and attach a picture of the issue. Once your request to start a complaint case has been approved, follow these instructions:

As soon as we have received your complaint, you will get a confirmation by email and a refund with the same method you used for payment.
In the case of an approved complaint, we pay for the return shipping. If you initially paid for the return shipping yourself, we will reimburse you afterwards upon presentation of the receipt.
We recommend that you contact us before sending back an item for complaint, so that we can handle the matter as smoothly as possible.
If you want to file a complaint, you should contact us via e-mail and describe why you want to complain about the item.
Refund
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 8 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account. If it has been more than 14 working days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@larssonbrothers.com
