Shipping and Return
Delivery
We ship all orders with PostNord. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Return
We offer a 30-day open purchase if you are not satisfied with your product.
Conditions for return
The product must be in new condition, which means it must not be used or damaged.
Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping in case of a withdrawal of purchase (according to the Distance Contracts Act).
How to make a return
Send an email to info@larssonbrothers.com with a short description of why you want to return the product. Also provide the order number and write “Return” in the subject line.
Pack the product properly in the original packaging.
Send the package with a trackable shipping method, for example Postnord’s service “Skicka Hem” (available via their website or app).
Use the following recipient address:

Hand in the package to the nearest Postnord agent.
When we have received and checked the return, we will send a confirmation via e-mail. Refund will be made via the same payment method that was used at the purchase, normally within 8 working days.
Complaint
If the product is damaged or defective you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
How to make a complaint
Contact us as soon as possible via e-mail at info@larssonbrothers.com.
Describe the defect and attach a picture of the product. Do not forget to include the order number.
Wait for our approval before you send back the product.
When the complaint is approved, you follow the same instructions as for return.
Important to know
Do not send back the product before we have approved the complaint.
In case of an approved complaint we cover the return shipping. If you have paid for the shipping yourself, we will reimburse you afterwards upon presentation of a receipt.
When we have received and approved the complaint, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method that was used at the purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and checked your return or complaint.
In case of an approved refund, the refund will be carried out within 8 working days via the same payment method that was used at the purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 14 working days before the refund is visible in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Instructions for return
If you would like to make a return you should contact us as soon as possible.
Pack your goods in the original packaging in the same way they came and seal well.
Send the package with any trackable shipping method, for example Postnord’s service “Skicka Hem.” This can also be done via Postnord’s app.
Fill in the following address as the recipient address:

Then hand in the package to the nearest Postnord agent.
Then send us an email where you make a simple description of why you want to make a return and which order number the return refers to. Write “Return” as subject in the email.
You will receive an email from us where we confirm that we have registered your return.
As soon as we have received your return you will receive a confirmation via email and a refund with the same method that you used at the purchase.
Return Instructions
If you would like to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging, just as they arrived.
Send the package using any trackable shipping method, for example PostNord’s Skicka Hem service (also available in the PostNord app).

Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord service point.
Send us an email with a short description of why you are returning the product and include your order number. Please write “Return” as the subject line.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been registered. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund using the same payment method you chose at checkout.
